About CraftWorks
CraftWorks is a locally owned and operated Peterborough business. Craftworks was opened in 1997 by Debbie and Darrell Junkin. It was always their hope to start a small business in the community where their roots were. When the opportunity presented itself, they decided to come back to Peterborough and open a store that would showcase local talent and provide a unique shopping experience to its visitors.
Since then the business has flourished and expanded to include furniture, home décor, along with a large number of crafters and antique vendors filling the aisles of the store with unique gifts and treasures. The store also sells local cheese, beef and poultry.
In 2009, CraftWorks moved to its new location at the Barn at Fowler's Corners. Craftworks is a proud member of the Chamber of Commerce and Retail Council of Canada, as well as a supporter of The Arthritis Society, The Peterborough Kinsmen Club, Cystic Fibrosis, The United Way, Kawartha Choice and many more.
