About CraftWorks

CraftWorks is a locally owned and operated Peterborough business. Craftworks was opened in 1997 by Debbie and Darrell Junkin. It was always their hope to start a small business in the community where their roots were. When the opportunity presented itself, they decided to come back to Peterborough and open a store that would showcase local talent and provide a unique shopping experience to its visitors.

Since then the business has flourished and expanded to include furniture, home décor, along with a large number of crafters and vendors filling the aisles of the store with unique gifts and treasures. The store also sells local cheese, beef and lamb.

Craftworks is a proud member of the Peterborough Chamber of Commerce and Retail Council of Canada, as well as a supporter of The Arthritis Society, The Peterborough Kinsmen Club, Cystic Fibrosis, The United Way, Kawartha Choice and many more.
